The 383rd meeting of the Solidarity Sing-Along at the Capitol in Madison, Wisconsin marks recall day in the state, when voters go to the polls to decide whether or not they'd like to keep Gov. Scott Walker in office. The singers have been meeting every weekday since the winter uprising in 2011 to protest Walker's budget repair bill that stripped public workers of most collective bargaining rights, among other things.
