I live above a bakery in Brooklyn, so there are enough mice to keep my cat plenty busy. She's caught 3 in the past week, usually bringing them into my room and setting them at my feet. This time I heard her playing with something in the kitchen, and came in to find this. I'm pretty sure she was showing off.

    great shots. poor mouse though. but hey, it's like watching a nature video on discovery i guess. great quality. hv20 i see... nice... i have a sony hc3 (HD). love the closeups. especially the ones in the beginning of the cat's eyes. awesome clarity!

    By the time I got in there with the camera, she had already disabled it. I think she probably broke its leg or back. After I shot this I put it out of its misery.

    Poor mouse... but that's how nature works.

    By the way, the picture quality is so clear that I could say it was shot with the expensive Panasonic HVX200 camcorder.
