You might recognize Eric Greenspan, or Greeny as he's known, from the hit show "Iron Chef" or at one of his hit LA restaurants. Let's not forget his lovely fiance, now wife, Jamie. It's New Jersey meets Minnesota in California. These two were so much fun to work with and Eric had me laughing the whole time. I cant tell you how excited I was for the actual wedding. When you have a celebrity chef you know this isnt gonna be your run-of-the-mill Chicken Dinner. The presentation of the Love Story was an enormous success and took place in beautiful Rancho Mirage.
