During the last election in Canada, Captain Sweep & the Dynamic Duo were able to track down Ken Lowe, the Liberal candidate for Vancouver East. Captain Sweep asked him some hard questions about the Security & Prosperity Partnership (SPP) Agreement that was signed by Canada, Mexico and the United States in May of 2005.
Mr Lowe had not heard of the agreement and Captain Sweep showed his displeasure at Canada being sold down the river.
