The first of several handmade books realized by the artist, built in 1997 and comprised of photographs made during Blenkinsop's early travels through the region of South-East Asia.
Photographs in the book are printed by the author on argentic paper and mounted on acid free paper, hand-hinged and bound between wooden covers and teak wood spine. The spine holds a silver Buddha image and a spent 50 caliber round from the scene of a tank battle that took place during Phnom Penh's coup d'etat in 1997.
