Being a seafood lover in Western Kentucky is a challenge to say the least.
I sourced sustainable seafood from a supplier that sells only sustainable seafood and uses recycled shipping materials. Using produce from my local CSA farmer, and seafood from California and Florida (I love it when Elvis brings home a cooler full of fish from Florida) I developed these easy-to-prepare, savory meals.
