This was just a cold Sunday afternoon, my daughter Cassidy and I were working on installing a new steel pullup bar. She was playing in her attic fort when I decided to attempt a new personal record for the Muscleup. I loved how she stood and watch her dadio:)
My range of Motion is marginal on these. my hands should be turned out at the bottom and full lockout of the arms.
I keep this up though cause I love my daughter in this video.
