Easter Corsica Kayak Sessions a great success!
Here is a recap of the week long gathering kayak session mag organized between april 12/ 19th 2009. A huge turn out, good water levels, good weather, and people from all over the world - all the ingredients for a successful first festival. It’s hard to say how much beer was consumed during the week, but the morning cleaning around the campfire proved that kayaking makes a man thirsty... There was also a good turn out at the Rizzaneze dam protest, and plenty of press to help the local people understand more about kayaking. Furthermore, filming started on the Corisca Kayak Session Video Guide during the week (out at the end of the summer), so you will be able to check out the awesome whitewater offerings before you join us there next year!
