Bjørn is the owner and head chef of “Restaurant Oscarsgate” in Oslo, which in 2008 received one star in the Michelin guideand has been awarded 2nd and 3rd plase in the Nordic price. He received a price for best chef under 30 in Norway2008 and won young chef of the year 2000. He competed in the Swedish Boucuse finals 2 times, and has a long track-record from extinguished restuaurants as El Bulli – Spain, Gordon Ramsey – London, Bagatelle – Oslo, Oro –Oslo. At his “Restaurant Oscarsgate” the main goal is to serve innovative dishes with no compromises regarding ingredients. He has 9 chefs working on serving 16-24 guests per night.
