Finger Lakes, New York Hang Glider take - off at Katie-Did a 700 foot hill near Elmira New York. A very windy day and I got up to 700 feet above take off and did only three 360 turns each putting me near the take off so the drift was too much so I headed out to the landing area after 30 minutes and landed safely in a lull of ten mph.
