The July '08 World Racers spent April 2009 living with the gypsy people of Viile Tecci Romania. The gypsies are a people who have been despised, stereotyped, and rejected. They are without a homeland. We have discovered that they are also a beautiful people who support one another through strong family and community bonds. They have welcomed us into their families and have captured our hearts.
