See all Show me
Your basic teleportation film, originally inspired by the dream sequence in Buster Keaton's "Sherlock Jr." Filmed with a Digital SLR and an intervalometer. Everybody asks: "how were you able to stand in the same spot?", just used a tape measure (really!), and some tweaking in After Effects. It ain't perfect, but seems to work ok.
UPDATED on 10/30/09!! I gotta get a haircut so I got to put this on the shelf for a while!

david, this was brilliant. If you didnt walk around at each location i'd just assume you green screened yourself into each shot. very cool stuff, and great locations.

Excellent work. I love the concept. I think this could really be developed into a compelling story.

The sound design really helps sell it.

Great stuff. Reminds me of the same sense of fun in a lot of the films of Mike Jittlov.
