Days Of Old - Joe Hamilton
This track, off the "One Man's Trash" album (HYPE Records) was recorded in 1993. The video, produced by Bob Ketchum in 1998 uses home movie footage of the Tom Embach family. Many of the images look as if they were filmed specifically for the song. (home movie footage used by permission).
Bob Ketchum: "The idea for the video came to me while converting a clients 16mm home movie films over to videotape. I had just finished recording the song in my studio and the words were still fresh in my mind. As I saw one scene after another it occurred to me that the footage was made for the song. It took several days of editing and finding the right clip to suit the mood of the lyrics. It was one of those rare moments when inspiration strikes."
