"Seasons of the Heart" was the name of a video installation that was part of my final Time Based Art degree show in 1997. It was basically a room with a large projection screen on one wall, on the floor was a shallow tank with 3 small 1.5" video screens in the base.

Hanging from the roof in front of the main screen and above the shallow tank were 3 wax hearts (casts from a mould taken from a medical anatomic model).

Four separate video clips rotated gradually through the four screens. An audio track played random sound samples (quotes from the book of Ecclesiastes) and ambient electronic music, the audio was running from a custom application built using Macromedia Director.
