My second attempt, using shorter interval to create a smoother motion. However, it was windy that day and the camerashake was unavoidable. That weakens the end result a bit.

    next time take your shoelaces off, tie a heavy rock with them underneath the head of the tripod. that'll steady your shot. also try to get as low as possible without compromising your shot too much.

    looks nice anyway, but i get your frustration.

    Thanks for the tips. Using shoelaces is a bright idea.

    This is one of my ealier TL shots. I have a heavier tripod now and I hang my backpack under the central pole to stablize it.
