Founder of Netmums, Siobhan Freegard tells the audience that she is a big PR advocate who believes it’s PR consultants who bring life and creativity to campaigns. She talked through some examples of how the Netmums team has worked with brands to exploit the power of WOM – “Word of Mum”. Mums are very keen to engage online and want to hear from brands who take the time to talk and listen to them. The Netmums team loves press releases and wants to hear from more PRs about their news and is also keen to work with PRs to help shape creative ideas.
