OTA is a collaborative of creative catalysts and community changemakers that connects the human, social and innovation capacity of the OTA region of South Dakota, North Dakota & Minnesota. OTA12 was held at Augustana College in Sioux Falls, SD, on March 23, 2012.
Scott Friesen serves as a Senior Director and leads the analytic team for the Consumer Insights Unit at Best Buy, the mission of which is to bring actionable and relevant consumer and customer insights to the business to enable profitable growth for the enterprise. He has also held positions in BestBuy.com, Enterprise Strategy, and Geek Squad services. Outside of his immediate business responsibilities, he works on broadening the understanding of analytics methods both inside and outside Best Buy.
