I invited some friends over for dinner so I decided to make it a French Laundry theme. I made "Black Sea Bass with Sweet Parsnips, Arrowleaf Spinach, and Saffron-Vanilla Sauce" and filmed it. I have been trying to learn video editing so here's something I threw together. All I know how to do is split edits. There are a lot of things that could be improved. The dish turned out great, though. Oh yeah, I substituted Chilean Sea Bass since I couldn't find Black Sea Bass.
By the way, dessert was "Coffee & Donuts," also from The French Laundry Cookbook.
