Waldorf Salad
Or rather, a small excerpt of the preparation of a Waldorf Salad.
Eaten mainly in Europe ( or so I am told by the chefs ), a waldorf is celeriac and apples julienned fine, red grapes, and toasted walnuts tossed in a sweet mayo-whipping cream dressing. It is traditionally garnished with an apple rosette.
This was filmed on the last day of class and was going to be a portion of a cooking school montage, but we just ended up cleaning most of the day. So the only other footage i got was my partner and i making mayo, and one of my classmates hosing down the meat room.
My jacket is ALWAYS that dirty.
