The Military Aviation Preservation Society (MAPS) is an all volunteer, non-profit organization dedicated to the education military aviation history. On Saturday, June 23rd, Volunteers installed the right wing of a B-26 Marauder Bomber.The B-26 Marauder Bomber restoration project began over 15 years ago.
MAPS has over 460 member, 11,000 visitors and in 2011, documented over 35,000 volunteer hours. The MAPS museum has 32 full-size aircraft on display, and other memorabilia highlighting war heroes and more.
