Refugees from Blue Nile State, Sudan, have fled over the border into Maban, South Sudan. The rainy season is starting which will make transportation more difficult. The international medical aid agency, Medecins Sans Frontieres/Doctors Without Borders (MSF) is providing health care and some water but it is calling for other agencies to increase their support.
