18. Salute Wine Festival 2009 - Lynn Crawford

Salute Toronto Wine + Food Festival, tagged as ‘the city’s newest taste experience’ starts today and runs till Saturday. Formerly known as the Sante Wine Festival, this series of events is a week long smorgasbord for culinary and oenophilic enthusiasts. Your ticket covers the price of admission as well as wine tasting and food.
“The schedule of food and wine events at this inaugural Salute festival in Toronto is both dynamic and impressive,” says Susan Puff, festival manager. “Celebrity chefs, renowned winemakers, world-class venues and unforgettable experiences to suit any budget make this festival the must-attend event of the season.”
To kick off the foodie parade, we met with internationally renowned chef Lynn Crawford and got her take on things to come.

Very nice! You may want to lock exposure to prevent the camera from changing aperture/exposure when Lynn shows the festival's poster.
actually didn't care about aperature/exposure as wasn't going for a technical shot. Just kinda let Lynn do her thing and keep it raw.
