I shot this video at about 7am. Again and again, this busy beaver carries a load of mud in his arms, topped with a large stick. Then he walks up the side of his house, places the mud, and weaves the stick into the other sticks. He even sharpens the end to make it easier to shove into place!

Note all the goose activity. In the third frame, one of the geese buzzes so close to the beaver that he slaps his tail.

After about 45 minutes, the beaver was finished for the day and swam off into the pond... "There's so much to be done..."
