Green Paper Boys (GPB), based in Amsterdam and deep roots in Indonesia, present the 4/4 and final teaser of their first collection #0 Mulai.
Mulai means 'beginning' in Indonesian, the language of a country that's part of our heritage and a major inspiration. It also means the birth of our original direction: build a collection of basic apparel and accessories and reserve a part of the sales profit for our foundation. A foundation which aims to reduce and iron out street kids in Jakarta by developing and investing in educational and sport programs. The hustle of the common Indonesian citizens, especially the young street kids selling papers on almost every corner is a huge source of inspiration.
The fourth and last video was shot in Bali, Indonesia at Padang Padang Beach. GPB teamed up with Priscilla Rosmolen, initiator of We Like Bali. Every collection will be numbered. Hence the '#0'. No Spring/Summer, or Fall/Winter. We release our products when we're ready. The collection will be available through the online store and select retailers from July 2012.
The website will be re-launched this month, July 2012.
