Ingredients:
(For béchamel sauce)
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp plain flour
180ml milk
1 pinch nutmeg
1 pinch salt

(For sandwich)
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 slices brioche or other bread
4 slices gruyère cheese
100g good quality shaved ham
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp extra grated gruyère for sprinkling
