    Very creative, but nerve-wracking for all other mariners! I know I would call in a "sinking" ship if I saw one. Must cause a lot of false alarms.

    Might be good for scuba diving, otherwise looks very uncomfortable, not to mention all the false alarms called in from fellow mariners.

    1) It's a hazard to navigation

    2) It's will obviously generate a lot of calls
    wasting rescuers time and tax payer money
    and possibly delaying response to REAL accidents.

    3) It could lead to someone getting injured or worse
    thinking someone is trapped inside and attempting a rescue.

    The fact that it's on the water makes it even more
    dangerous then if it was on land.
