ETHER 09, London: The Noise of Art crew take over the Queen Elizabeth Hall's famous Front Room venue for a multimedia electroacoustic set invaded by the Immaculate Extremists; who, in collaboration with MOTH, bring you the DEEP SPACE DISCO; a performance of costumes, high drama and roaming projection.
ETHER 09 is a festival that occurs annually on the South Bank; featuring collaborations between acoustic and digital performers, pan-media, cross-discipline, multi-culture, uniting established names with emerging artists in prestigious surroundings. Noise of Art is a collective spearheaded by DJ Ben Orsborne, notorious for the touring Deep Space Disco event. The Immaculate Extremists are a crazed group of fringe lunatics who will stop at nothing to bring kitsch over-dressing and psychedelic stunts to every corner of the galaxy. MOTH are a multimedia live performance duo who smuggle unplugged digital visuals out of the clubs and on to your retinas.
Music: Ben Osborne
Immaculate Extremists: Nicholas Immaculate, Julian Barratt, Akimbo Moonchild, Tamsin Hull, David Neon, Ben Melchiors
