A cluster made from spheres bound by local constrains makes morphogenetic transformations. Each sphere has internal force to affect the others, at the same time it is affected by others. If the clusters with same condition meet, they start to merge together. The internal contextual relationship from a local constrains performs itself as self-referential transformation. Once it comes out to have external relationship with others, the local transformation starts to become global transformation.
