    For maximum weight loss eliminate flour and flour product consumption even whole grain, reduce the use of all whole grains and other high energy content foods like nuts and dense starchy foods. Stick to vegetables, a great variety of them with some beans and peas plus sprouts. It worked real well for me without feeling hungry. For better results eliminate the evening meal, eat only breakfast and late (2pm) lunch and skip dinner.
