You can playback the recording (or download the file), at any time directly from the admeter platform without the need for any other media player.
Once recording is enabled for a number you will see the loudspeaker icon “light up” beside any calls made to the number.
How to listen to a call recording
Very simply, wherever you access a call line, if you click on the call, it will offer an expanded view:
You will see a standard PLAY button and a STOP button beside it. When you click on PLAY, the button will become a standard PAUSE button and the recording will begin playing:
You will also note that you can download the file for external storage.
Listening to multiple calls
If you want to listen to all calls from a particular number (perhaps you have a customer dispute and want to listen to all the conversations with him), simply select “View More Calls from (number)”.
This will generate a full listing of every call from the customer in date order.
Alternatively you can listen to all calls to a particular AdMeter number.
An alternate route to filter you data is to use the Customise Filter on the main Calls screen:
This will allow you to select from a range of filter options which will then display the results allowing for easy playback.
If you are using the call recordings as part of a training or staff monitoring process, AdMeter also offers a full Call Grading Analysis tool which allows the linking of calls to specific members of your team and also to departments. You can then apply a set of grading questions and grade or mark each call received. This will give you an analysis of each agent and department across various aspects of call handling.
