There are lots of things that Russia is famous for. And while none of them come to mind just now, we're sure it's only a matter of time before this cinematic masterwork tops the list. An Audience Award winner, Rakirovka was also the winner of the awards for Best Direction, Best Sound Design and the first runner-up for Best Film at DC's 48 Hour Film Project in 2009. All creative work was completed in 48 hours by WIT Films.
