Short, but it's a monkey in a top hat driving a hover ferrari...

Unofficial still.

    I think it's a half bear, half man-pig actually.

Too bad is made with Photoshop. :-(
Why not GIMP with Gimp Paint Studio?

I am trying to use Gimp more, just familiar with Photoshop still for quick things like this.

Have you tried mypaint? Much more enjoyable painting experience than Gimp ;)

Because like it or not, photoshop is better.

and i am a gimp user ,but still ps is better.

Gimp just feels sloppy. photoshop has those "hold down control, or shift, or alt, or combinations of those" to switch to another tool. like paintbrush and ink dropper go well together. makes it so you dont have to use the menus all the time.

Well, the paintbrush/ink dropper with control isn't a good example, since it's exactly the same in GIMP.
I'm not comparing (it always bring a long flamewar), but in my experience, if you don't need to work on large sizes GIMP is quite capable for painting work. Gimp 2.8 will have brush rotation in dynamics, and that in combination with the presets of GPS, makes in my oppinion a perfectly viable alternative to PS.
PS may be better than GIMP for certain tasks, but in most of the cases it's more about getting used to use one or another more than the program capabilities.
