this is some quick video of me trying to chest/shoulder hoop with little success. i kept dropping it or it kept popping back up to my neck OVER AND OVER. i know i look really stiff here but i'm trying different forms until i find one that works. this session i tried it with my palm down on my thighs, arms slightly in front of me. sort of works, but not really :(
i have tons of bruises now!
