this is some quick video of me trying to chest/shoulder hoop with little success. i kept dropping it or it kept popping back up to my neck OVER AND OVER. i know i look really stiff here but i'm trying different forms until i find one that works. this session i tried it with my palm down on my thighs, arms slightly in front of me. sort of works, but not really :(

i have tons of bruises now!

    Try rolling your shoulder back and forth as the hoop moves with them. Spinning with the hoop can help slow it down and make it easier to feel the hoop on you.
