ico Design were approached to develop a brand for a new state-of- the-art data-centre company that launches its first facility in central London in 2013.
The project began with an audit of existing competitors to identify key attributes for the new brand. Communicating credibility and expertise was vital, as was being able to do so succinctly. After agreeing a clear strategy for the brand we began the creative process with naming: Volta is memorable and suggests fluidity, security and speed.
Applications include a company website, exhibition stand and materials, a short animation and corporate stationery.
The animation is designed to be played at Trade Shows. This aims to reinforce the brand values, as well as promote the data centre to potential clients and investors.
