The Sanyo Xacti HD700 is not a low light camera - few are, which is fine as I don't shoot in low light -- I add light as needed to get what I want. However, it was dark, I had three candles and a HD700 to play with.
Three (or more) regular candles would have been better than the in glass ones but I used what I had for this test. Forgot to try Lamp mode to see how that looked. Don't see a lot of gain from 800-3200. If this were something I wanted I'd lock the ISO at 400.
