My review of the 2011 movie, "Drive". Sort of a film-noir version of Gone in 60 Seconds (loosely).
This movie got some heavy-duty controversy for covering the west coast Jewish mafia (not a much talked-about subject, but a huge organized crime group nonetheless). Rabbi Chaim Moshe Bergstein, director of Chabad-Lubavitch Rabbinical Order of Farmington Hills, Michigan, then insisted the movie was made by neo-Nazis (it was made by Jews) and put a "hit", himself, out on any white gentiles he caught indulging in neo-Nazism. No word just yet on how he intends to carry this hit out (if ever).
Big brouhaha over a movie which will bore anyone besides American car buffs and followers of David Lynch (although it is a pretty good date film).
