During March and April 2004, five Australians—Dan Colborne, Sam Maffett, Stuart Coleman Jarrod Paine and Steve Curtain—set out with the objective of climbing and telemark skiing the four highest volcanoes in Kamchatka. These are Klyuchevsky Sopka 4750m/15675ft; Kamen 4579m/15023ft; Ushkovsky 3903m/12805ft; and Krestovsky 4052m/13294ft.
As the dedicated videographer on that expedition, I've finally summoned the energy to completing the film.
For a number of reasons which will be revealed in time, it has taken this long to 'produce the goods'; I can only hope my team members understand.
