This video provides an overview of the City of Binghamton's 2010 Interactive Budget, an instructional tool to engage residents in the budget process, and offer a better understanding of how decisions impact the tax rate. The 19 minute clip is part of a 30 minute video on Finance at the City of Binghamton.

This video is the first in a four-part series on how citizens can utilize resources at the City. In addition to Finance, the series will include videos on housing, civic engagement, and internet-based resources.

The administration of Binghamton Mayor Matt Ryan has been committed to open government since the beginning, and this video series is another way this promise is being kept.
