ONCEMADE is a seasonal collaboration that pairs two unforgettable, single-batch beers from local Massachusetts brewers.
The first ONCEMADE release features two Sour Imperial Saisons—one from Night Shift Brewing and one from Backlash Beer. The brewers aged these beers with Massachusetts raspberries and Brett Yeast in local Red Wine Barrels and California Brandy Barrels, and the beers will come packaged together in hand-numbered pinewood boxes. Each package will also include two hand-made wooden coasters, a piece of one of the barrels, and a hand-signed letter from the brewers. These beers are exclusive to the project, and there will only be about 900 two-bottle packages ever brewed!
Pre-orders begin July 23 at OnceMadeBeer.com, and we'll be releasing the beers around September 17.
