Temple Square in Downtown Salt Lake City, is Utah's top tourist attraction, world headquarters of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and a very popular place for weddings. Temple Square is open every day of the year from 9am-9pm with the help of hundreds of volunteers and missionaries who contribute to an enjoyable experience for locals and tourists that visit the 35 acres of Mormon culture and pioneer heritage.
Guided tours, are available in more than 30 languages, and presentations feature historic sites, interactive exhibits, art displays, 70-mm films, parks and gardens. It also houses the largest genealogy library of its kind in the world and the renowned Mormon Tabernacle Choir and Orchestra as well as restaurants and catering facilities.
