Limelight: Saturday night is a live public art installation and video work by Sans façon (wwwsansfacon.co.uk) travelling to a variety of cities since 2010.
Limelight: Saturday night creates an unexpected moment of surprise and pleasure in the city by suggesting a different approach to city street lighting, replacing two existing street light heads with theatre spotlights. The spotlight is placed unadvertised, undescribed, leaving the passers responding to it as they wish.
