A large festival pavilion will house local and regional chefs, each showcasing their talents with cooking demonstrations.
On Thursday 14th May Radio City 96.7 breakfast DJ will go head-to-head with the Head Chef of the Ramada Plaza's Marine Brasserie, Adrian. Demonstrating how to reduce food waste in the home, inspired by festival supporters 'Love Food Hate Waste', the two chefs will design and cook a meal.
