A. Start Position- on a cone with another cone placed 25 yards away
B. Action- Sprint to the far cone
C. Finish- Return to first cone, how fast can you run 6 laps?

Benefit: Being able to cope with a very high heart rate is a necessity in most activities, and no test challenges this skill more extremely than the 300 yard shuttle
Purpose: Consisting of full speed sprinting with 11 momentum killing turns the 300 Yard Shuttle Test puts you almost immediately into your Anaerobic Energy System and as close as you can get to Maximum Heart Rate by the last lap
Caution: Do to the maximum intensity and amount of impacts this test is only advised for intermediate to advanced individuals
