A key part of seaworldparks.co.uk is an Experience Planner, an innovative and visually exciting planning tool which really brings the SeaWorld parks to life during the planning process, for both parents and kids.
As users add attractions to their personal plan, the tool intuitively advises which ticket they need to purchase to fulfill their perfect SeaWorld Parks experience.
Visitors can save, tweak and create multiple plans. Once happy with their selection they can share the plan through email, Facebook or Twitter (to make sure nothing has been left off!), or go straight to buying the tickets.
Not only does the Experience Planner drive engagement and, fundamentally, sales across all four parks, but the full circle visibility and information on travelers, from the attractions of interest to the volume ofuploads, enables SeaWorld to tailor new messages and content to ‘coaster nuts’ or ‘animal lovers’ within future outbound engagement strategies.
