In this episode we finally see that Joe is actually getting around to putting in a raised bed where there was once only a nasty stand of shrubs. But as usual, nothing seems to come easy to Joe so far, and this episode reminds us of that. But as Joe says, "there are no real shortcuts to creating a great garden".
