RHYTHM, SPACE + MOVEMENT
LIGHTING IN THE 20´S
The lighting that surrounds us today has its
roots in the 20s and 30s of the 20th century.
Electric lighting took over the public
realm and changed our daylight dependent
rhythm. New lamp technologies popped up
and architects and designers developed new
luminaire designs. Today we experience something
similar in the world of lighting: LEDs
allow new design and shapes and once
again change our feeling of light.
EDITORIAL DESIGN BOOK AS A OBJECT
In general, knowledge is a recursive process
enlightened by direct experience. Writing
switch on the experience into memory.
This document aims to record our presence
and participation in the Domaine de
Boisbuchet workshop from 1/7 July 2012.
