Tuesday, July 31, we hosted the second of two webinars exploring the nuts and bolts of the new federal transportation legislation, MAP-21, and offering advice for local practitioners on how to encourage their state to make good use of the limited pot of funds available for trails, biking and walking.

Tracy Hadden Loh, director of the National Transportation Enhancements (TE) Clearinghouse and RTC Research Manager;
Amber Thelen, the TE Program Coordinator for the Michigan Department of Transportation;
Christopher Douwes, Trails and Enhancements Program Manager for the Federal Highway Administration.
The webinar was moderated by Erika Young, the transportation director for the National Association of Regional Councils.
