This is Raw data with no enhancements, so is the starting point for art cleanup and finessing. Performer leap-frogs painful cleanup and keyframing, and delivers high speed and quality volume tracking all kept in-house.
Performer Retargetting is example based - not point based, and as such, any pixel acts as a marker. You can track any subtle deformation and transfer it to the virtual character.
Therefore you can push the quality bar as high as you want - and lead characters would benefit from the extras data - the wrinkles, the skin colour varience - even if not human.
