Frankly there was alot of rubbish in this interview. Misrepresentation of Pentecostals/Charismatics and Reformed Charismatics.

Either Phillip is misinformed, telling half truths or lying.

There is too much to comment on here but for instance historically Pentecostals did not leave because they were 'too spiritual' or doubted the salvation of the mainstream (but of course Phillip probably does doubt many Pentecostals salvation) but because they were largely kicked out.

Also the statements downplaying gifts as 'unimportant; is rubbish. 1 Cor 13 was about focussing the gifts (as is the context) Paul then emphasises the PURPOSE of the Gifts if the edification of the church and reemphasises the cross as the point of it all in 1 Cor 15

Sorry but I think Phillip and those that malign these groups need to talk to guys like John Piper who is both reformed and charismatic.
