Other than the conversion of the footage to digital and re output from Final Cut i can take no credit for this.

My Granddad shot this in 1982 in Falmouth in the Uk while on holiday with my Grandma. He shot quite a lot on his Chinon Super 8 and I've started to capture and digitise all that he'd shot, hopefully to create one piece out of all the tapes.

After a period of illness we lost him on May 18th of last year, and so a year on I decided to share just a small section of the footage he collected over the years. I love 8mm footage and have started to shoot my own, using the very camera my Granddad used for his footage, but I always did enjoy sitting down at my Grandma and Granddad's and watching these tapes, and it's a joy revisiting them.
